White polymer clay cross dangle earrings with imprinted silver leaf circles.
To create this effect I roll white clay and lay silver leaf on top. Then I take a metal ball tool and push the leaf into the clay in different spots to make a polka dot pattern. I then use a sticky surface (tape does the trick!) to lift off the top layer of metallic leaf which leaves the dots behind and reveals the clay again.
Once baked, I buff the edges and add hooks to create the dangles. Also available in a necklace.
